Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts contain new material that has never been previously presented or published.
  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically only, using the link provided at the end of this page. Abstracts submitted via e-mail, fax, or regular mail will neither be accepted nor acknowledged.
  • Corresponding authors may submit up to two abstracts.
  • The number of abstracts that will be accepted is strictly related to the planned conference timetable and to the evaluation of the research and innovation committee.
  • Abstracts must be written clearly in English and submitted prior to October 31, 2023 (Extended for late breaking abstract ( No award competition) for poster presentation only.).
  • The maximum word limit is 300, excluding the abstract title.
  • Figures and tables are not permitted in research abstracts.
  • Up to 3 figures and a 1-minute video are mandatory for innovation abstracts.
  • The submission system will generate an acknowledgment of your submission, which will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail address. Please make sure that you receive the email confirmation after making your submission (please also check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt, kindly inform the conference organizers immediately.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by the conference organizers via email by October 31, 2023.
  • The corresponding and presenting author’s e-mail addresses are mandatory and will be used to notify acceptance and to send updated information.
  • It is the authors' responsibility to review the submission and correct it. Please proofread your abstract before completing your submission. It will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
  • All inquiries regarding abstract submission should be sent to aocnr2023bangkok@gmail.com.
  • The accepted presenters must be regularly registered for the conference by November 15, 2023. If you are not registered by this date, your contribution will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

  • The best research award for young researchers (up to 35 years of age) is 300 USD.
  • The best research award for oral presentation is 300 USD.
  • The best research award for poster presentation is 300 USD.
  • The best innovation award for innovation presentation is 300 USD.
  • The second-place research award for young researchers (up to 35 years of age) is 100 USD.
  • The second-place research award for oral presentation is 100 USD.
  • The second-place research award for poster presentation is 100 USD.
  • The second-place innovation award for innovation presentation is 100 USD.
